The third edition of Pride Barcelona is here, ready to surprise you with more activities and novelties than ever before.

The organizing committee and volunteers have once again worked with great enthusiasm, adding new ideas and collaborations to offer ten days of celebration, cinema, music, culture, sports, and high visibility for our community.

More than thirty associations, led by ACEGAL and Panteres Grogues, are calling for this great LGBT Pride celebration, which is free, popular, and non-profit, extending to the entire city as an example of coexistence and mutual respect.

Thousands of people from around the world will share the incredible experience of living Pride Barcelona, especially this year with our guest city, Tel Aviv (Israel). Madrid and Barcelona will also be closer than ever in celebrating Mediterranean GLBT Pride, thanks to a glamorous special Spanair flight connecting the two capitals.

With an estimated attendance of 150,000 people, three main days will fill the city streets with pride and color.

  • On Friday, June 24, following last year’s success, we will celebrate Pride Day again at Tibidabo.
  • On Saturday the 25th and Sunday the 26th, Maria Cristina Avenue will become the stage for Pride Barcelona, featuring iconic spaces like the Village and Pride Kids, the Miss Drag gala, the foam party, the first Cats & Dogs Pride gathering, and the big final party after the parade on Sunday the 26th starting from the iconic University Square.
  • Finally, on June 28, LGBT Pride Day, we will hold a grand gala at Artèria Paral·lel.

You’re sure to find an activity that suits you among all we’ve prepared. Remember, Pride Barcelona is free, so your attendance and participation are essential.

More than ever, better than ever! Welcome to Pride Barcelona 2011!
