We consider that the beginnings of our educational experience are key to building a society that integrates diversity as natural, a perspective that sees difference as a value and not a problem. However, today, and despite the fact that the regulations require it, there is a lack of education that is visible through bullying and harassment of people from the LGTBIQ+ community in different areas. Students, families or teachers continue to experience LGTBIQ-phobic episodes on a daily basis through various forms of violence and\/or discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Is LGTBIQ-phobia normal in the classroom? Are we seeing generational changes? \u00a0When and how to educate in sexual and gender diversity from educational institutions? Who would be the agents involved? We believe that it is essential to put sex and gender education at the centre cross-sectionally with the aim of building an inclusive society that lives with the different. LGTBIQ-phobia and bullying would be, at school, the tip of the iceberg that would have to be attacked from the root.
