Cabaret Beryti at l'orgull de la Trini

Cabaret Berytı is a vibrant and affirming haven for queer voices from the Southwest Asia and North Africa (SWANA) region. It was born from the desire to celebrate diverse identities, shared stories and artistic expressions without filters or borders. The activity has established itself as a safe space in which what is queer, what is Arab and what has to do with the diaspora are intertwined with pride and without concessions. This edition of Trini Pride will feature a very special performance by Diva, one of Beirut’s first modern drag queens, who will travel especially for the event. Her presence not only honors the living history of Arab drag, but also promises a night of glamour, power and emotion. And to close the evening with pure collective energy, there will be an electro-Arab music set with Cindy, designed to make us vibrate, move our bodies and celebrate our existence in community together.
