- Purpose
The purpose of these bases is to regulate the conditions of participation in the Pride! BCN 2022.
Mere participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules.
two. ORGANIZER
The draw is organized by the Associació Cambra LGTBIQ+ de Catalunya, with NIF G64717812 and address at Calle Casanova, 72, 08011 Barcelona.
- MECHANICS
To participate in the draw, participants must:
- Complete the proposed route in the Pride BCN 2022 mobile application before 2nd Septembrer 2022.
two. Attend the events on June 24 or 25 at Av. Reina Maria Cristina in Barcelona, read any of the QR codes enabled in said space with your mobile device and complete the participation instructions in the Pride Barcelona 2022 mobile application .
Four. DRAW
The draw will be held on September 9th 2022, using a computerized tool.
In the draw, a winner will be chosen for each of the prizes and 3 substitutes, ordered with the positions 1st substitute, 2nd substitute and 3rd substitute.
The organizer will contact the winner on the same day of the draw by email, who will have fifteen calendar days to claim their prize. If after fifteen days the winner has not claimed the prize, he will lose his right to it and the prize will be assigned to the first substitute.
The above mechanics will apply to substitutes, assigning the prize to substitutes in order of priority.
In the event that the substitutes are exhausted without having claimed the prize, it will be declared void.
- PRIZES
The prizes to be raffled will consist of:
- 2 round-trip plane tickets for two people to Boston to fly from Barcelona on a regular Level flight, with a Comfort fare.
- 2 round-trip plane tickets for two people to New York to fly from Barcelona on a regular Level flight, with a Comfort fare
Travel dates must be agreed with Level, leaving high season dates out of the prize.
Each participant may only choose one prize. So 4 winners will be chosen.
The data will not be redeemable for money in any case.
- MISCELLANEOUS
The organization reserves the right to modify these bases at any time.
Any situation not foreseen in these bases will be resolved by the Organization, the organizer’s decision will be final.
Participation in the draw implies full knowledge and acceptance of these rules.
The participants, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if any, expressly agree to submit to the Courts and Ordinary Courts of the City of Barcelona for the resolution of any disputes that may arise as a result of their participation in the promotion.
